For Christmas this past year, my cousin gave me a hot cocoa set from Godiva. This gift could not be more perfect for me, because along with being a paint snob, I’m also a chocolate snob. If I’m going to eat chocolate, it needs to be the best. But anyway, hot coco in the summer seems unnecessary. So, to make good use of it, I decided to turn it into a cold hot coco treat.
Hot Coco Fudge Bars – Serves Four
1. Two Packets of Hot Coco Mix | 2. 1 Cup Yogurt (I used plain & vanilla ) | 3. Mini Marshmallows |
4. Chocolate Sundae Syrup | 5. Half Cup of Water |
1. In a bowl, dissolve the hot coco mix into the water | 2. Add all other ingredients, and stir lightly. You don’t want to completely combine all the ingredients, because the different colors and textures are more interesting to see when it’s frozen. I wish mine would have been more swirled with the chocolate syrup. | 3. Place mixture in popsicle molds | 4. Add more tiny marshmallows towards the base.
