The international best selling book, “Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site” is an adored favorite around our house. It’s not just the dirt, the construction site, or the many construction vehicles like bulldozers and excavators that stole our hearts (although duh, that’s part of it). The “Goodnight, Construction Site” series also tells our children of nighttime routines, friendship, and adventure.

13 Comments on “Giveaway With The “Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site” Series!

  1. Around here story time is most often in in our daughter’s bedroom before bed with books and pillows all over the floor. Some nights the story time is moved to under the bed 🙂

  2. Would love to win this giveaway for my son. He loves everything that has to do with construction and big trucks. There is construction going on nearby our grocery store and we almost always spend 10-15 minutes just watching the cranes go up and down.

  3. During the day we stack ALL the books on the couch and work our way through til someone gets bored. At night, we all snuggle in one of the beds and usually read one (or two or three…) books, and then Daddy makes up a story to tell.

  4. Sunday morning always starts with Miss 3 joining us in bed with 2-3 of her books for some cuddles and stories.

  5. Story time in my house can happen anywhere! If my little one brings me a book while I’m cooking, putting laundry or even in the bathroom I stop, sit on the floor and read. Most of time we read before bed in the kids room. They usually get 2-3 stories a night.

  6. We do storytime in our bed every night with my son in my lap and my husband nextto us. It’s our bonding time. Usually followedhalfway through by random jumping on the bed and flipping down. Right now the go to books are The Little Engine that Could and Polar Bear Polar Bear What do you See. He also loves Little Blue Truck. This series is so adorable and the pj’s are even cuter. Today is his 2nd birthday and I know he would love this!

  7. Snuggled on the couch with a good book and my little guy and his favorite stuffed dog is our favorite way to wind down the day. Goodnight, Goodnight Construction Site is one of our favorites.

  8. Storytime around here looks like a nursing bane in one arm and a toddler snuggled under the other, begging me to read “just two” books (sneaks in four). Reading before nap and bedtime is probably my favorite routine because it includes snuggles and literary adventures!

  9. Sitting on the couch with a million library books, reading until my voice hurts!

  10. With three kiddos aged 7, 4, and 2, plus one on the way, reading time looks like a whole bunch of bodies piled together on me to where I can hardly see the book I’m supposed to be reading to them!

  11. Story time in our house currently involves me and my husband attempting to read to our 6 month old while he tries to roll around the bed and pull on all the pages 🙂

  12. Over here, it’s lying on the floor of little man’s bedroom, taking turns reading two books, one from me and one from my husband, every night.

  13. Storytime at our house happens on the comfy couch (it’s actually an oversized dog bed that is home to our sweet boy’s stuffed animals). We pile on and read!
